- Trendsdeliver reserves the right to change prices or cancel orders due to technical errors or stock unavailability from our suppliers.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours.
- Delivery timelines vary by location but usually take 3 to 7 business days.
- We offer free shipping across India on prepaid orders unless mentioned otherwise. COD handling fees may apply.
- Tracking information will be shared via SMS or email once dispatched.
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- We offer returns/replacements strictly for physically damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
- Mandatory Rule: An uncut unboxing video is strictly required to process any return or replacement claim.
- Requests must be raised within 12 hours of successful delivery.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days post-return verification by our facility. COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI.
- Cancellation requests must be made before the order is shipped.
7. Intellectual Property All content, logos, product images, videos, and brand materials created by Trendsdeliver are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
