Shipping and Delivery Policy
Welcome to Trendsdeliver. We are committed to delivering your favorite trending gadgets to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Since we work with multiple verified suppliers and fulfillment centers across India, please review our shipping guidelines below.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and National Holidays) after the order is confirmed.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you via WhatsApp or phone call for order confirmation before dispatch. Unconfirmed COD orders may be put on hold or cancelled.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
- Standard Delivery: Once dispatched, orders typically take 3 to 7 business days to be delivered, depending on your pin code and location.
- While we use premium courier partners (like Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees, etc.) for fastest delivery, sometimes delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather, strikes, or logistical issues in remote areas.
3. Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE SHIPPING across India on all prepaid orders (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking).
- Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for most pin codes in India. A nominal handling charge may apply to COD orders, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
- As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via Email and/or SMS.
- You can use this link to track the live status of your parcel. Please allow 12-24 hours for the tracking status to update in the courier partner’s system.
5. Undelivered Items (RTO)
- Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If you are unavailable or the delivery is rejected, the parcel will be returned to our origin warehouse.
- Please ensure you provide your complete and correct shipping address (including House/Flat number, Landmark, and accurate Pin Code) and an active mobile number to avoid delivery failures.
