Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Trends Deliver (trendsdeliver.in), our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live in India. We partner with top-tier courier services to ensure that your trending gadgets and accessories reach you safely.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfillment centers within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification with a tracking link when your order has shipped.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timelines depend significantly on your geographic location. Please refer to the estimates below:

  • Metro Cities & Major Urban Areas: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.

  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.

  • Remote Locations & Rural Areas (Villages): India is a vast country with many remote villages and deep rural pockets. Please note that deliveries to such remote areas, or locations with limited direct courier connectivity, naturally take longer. It can take anywhere from 7 to 15 business days (or sometimes slightly more) for the parcel to reach you. We highly appreciate your patience and understanding if you are ordering from a remote location.

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer standard shipping across India. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Occasionally, we may offer Free Shipping promotions. Any such offers will be clearly communicated on our website header or product pages.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking portal to update the status of your package.

5. Delivery Attempts & RTO (Return to Origin)

  • Our courier partners will generally make up to 2-3 delivery attempts.

  • If the delivery is unsuccessful because the customer is unavailable, the given address is incomplete/incorrect, or the customer refuses to accept the parcel (in case of COD), the package will be returned to us (RTO).

  • Please ensure you provide a complete postal address, including correct landmark and PIN code, to avoid delivery failures.

6. Unforeseen Delays

While we do our absolute best to ensure timely delivery, Trends Deliver is not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. This includes severe weather conditions, natural disasters, national holidays, strikes, or courier network disruptions.
