Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Trends Deliver (trendsdeliver.in). We strive to provide you with the best trending gadgets and lifestyle accessories. Because we work with dropshipping and fulfillment partners to deliver these items directly to you, our return and refund policy is strictly defined below.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
We only accept return or refund requests under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Product: The item arrived broken, damaged, or completely non-functional.

Wrong Product Delivered: You received a completely different item, size, or color than what you ordered.

Missing Items: A product from your confirmed order was missing in the package.
Important Note: We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for "buyer’s remorse" (changing your mind after receiving the product) or if you accidentally ordered the wrong item or size.
2. The Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory)
To protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent claims, an unboxing video is strictly required for any return or refund request regarding damaged, defective, or missing items.

The video must show the sealed package being opened from the very beginning.

The shipping label and tracking number must be clearly visible in the video.

The video must clearly show the defect or damage on the product without any cuts or edits.
Requests without a valid, unedited unboxing video will not be accepted.
3. Timeframe for Claims
You must raise a return or refund request within 3 days of receiving the delivery. Any requests made after 3 days from the delivery date will be rejected.
4. How to Initiate a Return/Refund
If your issue meets the criteria above, please follow these steps:

Email us at support@trendsdeliver.in within 3 days of delivery.

Include your Order Number and full name in the subject line.

Attach the mandatory Unboxing Video and clear photos of the defect/wrong item.

Briefly describe the issue.
Our support team will review your request within 24-48 business hours. If approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item or process your replacement/refund.
5. Refund Process

Prepaid Orders: If a refund is approved, the amount will automatically be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, Credit Card, Netbanking) within 5-7 business days.

COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders: For COD orders, we will request your bank account details or UPI ID to process the refund.

Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before the order goes into the processing/dispatch stage, whichever is earlier. Once an order is processed or shipped by our fulfillment center, it cannot be canceled.
7. RTO (Return to Origin) for COD Orders
If a Cash on Delivery package is rejected at the time of delivery or the customer is unavailable after multiple delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us. We reserve the right to ban or restrict customers with high RTO rates from placing future COD orders on our store.
